Information below applies to the 2020-21 men's and women's basketball season. The university reserves the right to adjust this information to reflect any updated CDC and State recommendations as they change. Fans are encouraged to continue to monitor GoMocs.com, along with this page, for the most current information available.
Box Office Hours
The McKenzie Arena Box Office hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 10 am - 5 pm. The box office phone number is 423-266-MOCS(6627). The McKenzie Arena Box Office will open on game day 90 minutes prior to tip-off for on-site sales. Due to social distancing guidelines only one (1) window will open at each gate for fans to purchase tickets from. Advance sales are encouraged to avoid lines.

Capacity
The 2020-21 season will begin with a maximum capacity at McKenzie Arena of 1,000 fans for each home game.
Concessions
During all men's and women's basketball games, two (2) concession stands will be open and available for fans who would like to purchase food and/or beverages. New for the 2020-21 season, Budweiser products will be available for purchase at all Mocs home contests. Valid ID is required to purchase alcohol, must be 21 years of age or older.
During men's basketball games, a Mocs Club Concession stand will also be open for eligible members. Please see below for more details regarding Mocs Club Hospitality.
Doors Open
Fans may enter the McKenzie Arena 60 minutes prior to tip-off for each home contest. Gates 1 and 3 will be available for public entrances and exits. Gate A, Gate 2, the Mabel Street Gate and the VIP Gate will all be closed to public access. In addition, fans will not be permitted to access the court level via the 100-level seating areas or utilize the elevator.
Face Masks Required
Cloth face masks will be required to be worn at all home games by everyone, ages two (2) and above, who are in attendance.
Merchandise
The UTC Bookstore will be located inside of Gate 3, from when the doors open through the end of the game, for fans who would like to add to their selection of Mocs gear! Contactless, credit card transactions will be accepted.
Mocs Club Hospitality Room (Men's Basketball Games Only)
The Mocs Club Hospitality Room, located on the first floor of the McKenzie Arena, will be closed during the 2020-21 season. In its place, a concession stand on the concourse will be open and dedicated exclusively to active Mocs Club members at the Gold Moc ($1,500) level and above who also purchased Men's Basketball season tickets for the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons. The Mocs Club Concession Stand will offer complimentary food and beverages from the time the doors open to the public through the end of halftime.
Eligible Season Ticket Holders will receive a Mocs Club Hospitality Membership Card that will be shown at the Mocs Club check-in, which will be located at the 219 Concession Stand. Upon check in, eligible season ticket holders will receive one (1) wristband per hospitality card shown. There will be distinct wristbands for those over 21 who wish to consume alcohol. Eligible season ticket holders who are over 21 will be offered up to two drink tickets that can be redeemed for beer or wine at the designated Mocs Club concession stand. Social distancing stickers and signage will be placed on the concourse floor to ensure social distancing during check-in and food pick up process.
Parking
Parking lots will open two (2) hours prior to tip-off for each home contest. Lots 20 and 35 will be reserved for donor-only parking during men's and women's home contests. All other lots will be available for public parking at $5 per space.
Player Pass
Home and Visiting Team Player Pass will be located at Gate 3 for each home contest.
Season Tickets
In light of reduced capacity, and in an effort to offer maximum flexibility to our fans, season tickets will not be available for the 2020-21 season. Fans who have renewed their 2020-21 season will receive communications regarding the available options for their purchase. If you have not yet received this communication, please contact our McKenzie Arena Box Office during regular business hours and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.
All season ticket holders for the 2019-20 season will have the option to purchase their same seating location in 2021-22, assuming we return to full capacity at the McKenzie Arena.
Seating
All 100-level (Row H and above) and 200-level sections will be available for seating. Every other row in these sections will be marked as unavailable for access, and seats that are available for fans will be in blocks of two (2), four (4) and six (6). Seats that are unavailable throughout these sections will be marked as such. Seat blocks will be 6' apart from each other.
All 300-level sections wll be available for fans to access. All seats in these sections will be accessible however, fans choosing to sit in these sections are encouraged to remain with the small group (less than 10) that they arrive to the venue with. In addition, fans will be required to leave 6' of space between the next closest block of fans, in all directions.
All seats throughout the venue will be General Admission and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Single-game Tickets
Tickets for both men's and women's basketball games during the 2020-21 season will be $10 each, and all seating is General Admission. Tickets are available for purchase in advance of the game online at GoMocs.com or via phone at 423-266-MOCS during normal Box Office hours of operation. Additionally, tickets will be available for purchase at the McKenzie Arena Box Office on the day of the game at each Box Office location beginning 90 minutes prior to tip-off. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance of game day, as tickets are limited.
Will Call
General Will Call is located at the Gate 1 Box Office.
