Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions 

This ticket is a revocable license and may be taken up and admission refused upon refunding the price appearing thereon. The University of Tennessee Chattanooga retains all rights and seating privileges. Priority seating and assignments are non-transferable.

The Holder agrees to all the terms hereof. This ticket may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes without express written consent of UTC Athletics or Mocs Sports Properties (Collectively called "UTC"). Breach of any of the term of this license shall automatically terminate any rights that the Holder may have and shall authorize UTC to withdraw the ticket, refuse admission to the venue or eject holder from the venue. In exchange for the right to purchase/use this ticket, ticketholder assumes the risk and releases the University for its or its agents' negligence that causes any physical injury or death, including contracting COVID-19, due to maintenance of the premises, weather, food or drink sold at the game, or actions of other ticketholders. In the event of a postponement/cancellation, refunds may be available less applicable fees. BY ENTERING THIS AGREEMENT, TICKETHOLDER IS GIVING UP A SUBSTANTIAL RIGHT, THE RIGHT TO SUE.
