Spring 2021 Chattanooga Football FAQ and COVID-19 Guidelines

Information below and at the link above applies to the spring 2021 football season. The university reserves the right to adjust  this information to reflect any updated CDC and State recommendations as they change. Fans are encouraged to continue to monitor GoMocs.com, along with this page, for the most current information available. 


Box Office Hours
Prior to Game Day:
The McKenzie Arena Box Office (720 E. 4th Street, Chattanooga, TN 37403) hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 10 am - 5 pm. The box office phone number is 423-266-MOCS(6627). 


On Game Day: 
Finley Stadium Box Offices open two (2) hours prior to kick-off. Advance sales are encouraged to avoid lines. 


Capacity
For the games on March 27 and April 10, fans will be allowed inside Finley with a maximum capacity of 5,000 for each game. Tickets go on-sale to the general public on Wednesday, March 3 at 10 am EST. Click here to view the Entrance/Exit Map for these games.


Concessions
A limited number of concession stands will be open and available for fans who would like to purchase food and/or beverages.



Gates Open
Fans may enter Finley Stadium 60 minutes prior to kick-off for each home contest.
The Foundry Gates, and the North and South gates will be available for public entrances and exits at the remaining games.



Face Masks Required
Cloth face masks will be required to be worn at all home games by everyone, ages two (2) and above, who are in attendance.


Merchandise
The UTC Bookstore will be on-site for fans when gates open through the end of the game, for fans who would like to add to their selection of Mocs gear! Only contactless, credit card transactions will be accepted. No cash sales.

 

Mocs Club

Touchdown Terrace 
The Mocs Club Touchdown Terrace will be located in the north section of the west plaza, and will open when gates open to the public. This area will be exclusive to 2019 Football Season Ticket Holders who are Mocs Club members at the All-American ($500) giving level and above and to all active "C" Club members. The Touchdown Terrace will close to guests at the start of the 3rd Quarter. 

Stadium Club
The Stadium Club will be closed throughout the spring 2021 season.
 

Parking (Diagram)
Parking lots will open two (2) hours prior to kick for each home contest.
  • South Lot (VIP)
    • Parking permit is required to access this lot.
  • North Lot
    • Metered parking is available in the north parking lot. Standard Reef Parking rates apply.
    • Overflow parking is available for south lot permit holders
  • Pavilion Lot
    • Metered parking is available in the pavilion parking lot. Standard Reef Parking rates apply.
    • No permits will be issued for this lot


Player Pass

Home and Visiting Team Player Pass will be located at Foundry Gates. Fans receiving a ticket from this area must present a valid, state-issued ID.


Seating (March 27 and April 10 Games Only - 2021 Spring Football Seating Diagram)

General Seating Areas:
Approximately 5,000 seats will be available for sale in the outdoor seating sections. All sections will be considered general admission, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Fans are encouraged to remain with the small group (less than 10) that they arrive to the venue with while seated in the stands. In addition, fans are required to leave 6' of space between the next closest block of fans, in all directions. 

UTC Student Tickets:
Seating for UTC Students and their guests are available in sections 101, 102 and 201. These sections are only available to access with a student ticket. Student tickets also permit UTC Students to sit in any of the other general admission areas around the stadium.

Skyboxes:
Skybox overflow seating will not be permitted during the spring 2021 season. Only the quantity of seats within each box may be purchased.

Hospitality Tent Area
Tents located under the scoreboard will be unavailable during the spring 2021 season. 

Single-game Tickets
All outdoor seating is general admission. Ticket prices are as follows:
Public = $10
Youth (12 and under) = $5

Tickets go on sale March 3 at 10 am!

Tickets are available for purchase in advance of the game online at GoMocs.com or via phone at 423-266-MOCS during normal Box Office hours of operation. Additionally, tickets will be available for purchase at Finley Stadium on the  day of the game at each Box Office location beginning two (2) hours prior to kick-off.

Tailgating
County/City Mask Mandate:
Tailgating will not be permitted until the mandate is no longer in place.

No County/City Mask Mandate:
Tailgating in parking lot areas will be permitted. Parking lots will open two (2) hours prior to kick-off. Guests are reminded to practice social distancing guidelines and to stay with the group (10 or less) that you arrive to the stadium with. 

Will Call 
General Will Call is located at the Pavilion Box Office.
