Information below applies to the 2023-24 men's and women's basketball season. Fans are encouraged to continue to monitor this page, as this FAQ will be updated as needed.
Box Office Hours
McKenzie Arena Box Office hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 10 am - 5 pm. The box office phone number is 423-266-MOCS(6627).
The Box Offices located at Gates 2 and 3 will open on game day 90 minutes prior to tip-off for on-site sales. Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance to avoid lines on the day of game. Fans are also encouraged to choose Print-at-Home or Mobile Delivery for their purchased tickets.

Capacity
Due to construction at the McKenzie Arena, only the lower level seating (100 and 200-Level Sections) will be available for purchase which means capacity will be approximately 3,500. Fans are encouraged to purchase their tickets early to guarantee their seats!
Fans will be able to utilize the elevator between the 1st and 3rd floors of the arena to access Mocs Club hospitality and seating. Public restrooms are available on the 3rd floor concourse.
Concessions
New updates have been made to all concession stands located inside McKenzie Arena including, but not limited to: new appliances, digital menu boards, and larger live-feed television screens! In addition, we are excited to announce that the additions of The Co-Op Frosé & Eatery and Dippin' Dots to our menu selections!
During men's basketball games, a minimum of four (4) concession stands will be open and available for fans who would like to purchase food and/or beverages.
During women's basketball games, a minimum of two (2) concession stands will be open and available for fans who would like to purchase food and/or beverages.
Budweiser products will be available for purchase at all Mocs home contests. Valid ID is required to purchase alcohol, must be 21 years of age or older.
Only cashless forms of payment are accepted.
Courtside Club Seats
Both men's and women's basketball games feature 32 courtside seats. These are "All You Can Eat" seats, and include parking for the season. Courtside tickets for the men's basketball games also include access to Mocs Club Hospitality. Courtside Club Members should bring both their ticket and courtside credential to the game to access the seating area.

Doors Open
Due to construction, Gate 1 will be offline.
Gates 2 and 3 will be available for fans to enter the venue. These gates will open 60 minutes prior to tip-off.
For men's games only, the Houston Street Gate will open 90 minutes prior to tip-off for all Mocs Club members who have access to pre-game hospitality. Fans entering at this time will be required to show their hospitality pass and ticket for the game upon entering.
The Houston St. Gate will serve as the entrance to officials and teams for both men's and women's games.
The Loading Ramp Roll-up Door Gate and the Alumni Dr./Mabel St. Gate will be restricted to only Media and Staff with credentials. Additionally, some hallways on the 1st floor level will be restricted to public access, and will require a credential.
Elevator
Fans will be able to utilize the elevator between the 1st and 3rd floors of the arena. Public restrooms are available on the 3rd floor concourse.
Merchandise
The Mocs Team Store is moving to a new locaiton on the concourse, and will now be located at stand 226. The Team Store will open 60 minutes prior to tip-off through the end of the game for fans who would like to add to their selection of Mocs gear!
Only cashless forms of payment are accepted.
Mocs Club Hospitality (Men's Basketball Games Only)
Mocs Club Hospitality will be located inside the McKenzie Arena Dance Studio (first floor), and will open 90 minutes prior to tip-off to eligible members and will close at tip-off. Hospitality will reopen during halftime for popcorn, ice cream and beverages.
The entrance to the Mocs Club Hospitality room is located on the first floor inside the vomitory between sections 104 and 107.
Parking
Parking lots will open two (2) hours prior to tip-off for each home contest.
Lots 35, 20, 32 and 33 will be donor lots during men's basketball games. Lots 35, 20 and 32 will be donor lots during women's games.

All other lots around the arena will be available for public parking at $10 per space. Only cashless forms of payment are accepted.
Player Pass
Home and Visiting Team Player Pass will be located inside Gate 2, and can be accessed using the door on the far left. This area will open 60 minutes prior to tip-off.
Seating
All lower level seating for men's basketball games is reserved. To view the men's basketball seating map, click here.
Most lower level seating for women's basketball games is general admission. Sections 102, 114, 115 and 127 feature reserved seating. To view the women's basketball seating map, click here.
Tickets
Tickets for both men's and women's basketball games are available to be purchased in advance of game day here.
On the day of the game, tickets will be available to purchase at the box offices located at either Gate 2 or Gate 3 90-minutes prior to tip-off. Ticket prices increase $2 day of game, so fans are encouraged to purchase in advance of game day. In addition, tickets are limited due to capacity restrictions at the venue.
Will Call
General Will Call is located at the Gate 2 Box Office, and will be open to fans 90 minutes prior to tip-off.
