Mocs Mobile Tickets

New beginning in 2026-27, Mocs Mobile Tickets will all be NFC-enabled, meaning all you need to do when you arrive at the game is tap your tickets on the pedestal scanner to redeem them for entry. With this change, no screenshots will be valid for entry.

Below you will find “how-to” guides to help you access, download, transfer, and accept transfer invites. For further assistance, please call the UTC Ticket Office at 423-266-6627. Hours of operation are 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

HOW TO: DOWNLOAD TICKETS TO MOBILE WALLET

Sign in to your account from your smartphone and download tickets to your smartphone’s wallet for safekeeping, easy retrieval, and quick entry at the event!

Save your ticket(s) to your wallet before arriving for easy entry. Once you arrive at the gate, tap the pedestal scanner for entry. NO SCREENSHOTS WILL BE VALID FOR ENTRY.

HOW TO: TRANSFER TICKETS

Not able to attend the game? Simply transfer your tickets, parking, and/or hospitality passes to friends and family. All tickets must be transferred through your account. SCREENSHOTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

Transfer your ticket(s) to family/friends if you are unable to attend the game by following the step-by-step guide above. Transfer via text message or email.

HOW TO: ACCEPT TICKET TRANSFERS

Accept ticket transfers by selecting the invite link and following the prompts. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one by selecting the “Create Account” button.

MOBILE TICKET FAQ

No, new beginning in 2026-27, all mobile tickets will be NFC enabled meaning you are required to tap the pedestal scanner at the point of entry. Screenshots will not be valid. If you need to transfer a ticket, log in to your account and follow the steps to transfer your mobile ticket(s) to friends and family members.
If you have an iPhone or an Apple Watch: use the Apple Wallet app, which comes pre-installed and works with iPhone or Apple Watch devices running iOS 6 or later.
If you have a smartphone running an Android operating system: use the Google Wallet app, which you can download from Google Play Store.
If you have an account and your smartphone, not to worry. Sign in to your account at GoMocs.com/Tickets, navigate to My Tickets choose the event, and download your mobile tickets from there.
Once you have saved your mobile tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, open your app and tap on the ticket so it displays on your smartphone. Before arriving to the gate, access your mobile ticket and scan it in by tapping the pedestal scanner at the gate.

TRANSFERRING TICKETS FAQ

Yes, you can. With the text message they receive, they will be prompted to create an account if they don’t already have one. The recipient supplies first name, last name, phone number, email address, and chooses a password to create an account. They must have an account to complete and accept the ticket transfer.
Ticket holders can transfer a ticket before the scheduled start of the event. The transfer automatically expires at the event day, at the end of the day. If it’s a multi-day event, the transfer automatically expires on the last event day, at the end of the day.
Yes. Once it is transferred it will be in the new user’s account and they will have the ability to transfer it if needed. A transfer can be canceled prior to it being completed and accepted by the recipient.
Yes, if the transfer has not yet been accepted by the recipient. You can do this when you are logged into your account.
There is no fee to transfer tickets (or receive) tickets from your account.
No. The confirmation text message or email does NOT act as a ticket. You will need to access an actual mobile ticket by clicking on the link in the text message or email you receive and then log in to your account, or if you do not have an account you will need to create one. Once you have an account, log in to your account to access the mobile ticket and add it to your smartphone wallet.
