• Recorded a personal best in the 10k and placed 38th overall at the NCAA Division I South Region Championships. 
• Placed eighth at the Southern Conference Championships.
• Recorded a personal best in the 8k at the Georgia Tech Invitational and placed sixth overall.

2024
All-Conference First Team - only runner not from Furman on the first team
• Placed 62nd at the NCAA Division I South Region Championships.
• Recorded a PR in the 8k at the Southern Conference Championships ... placed seventh overall.
• Finished sixth at the UTC Home Meet, helping the Mocs to the title.
• Competed in the 8K at the Louisville Classic and the Southern Showcase.
