2025-26
• Member of the All-Conference Distance Medley Relay Team ... placed third
• Ran a personal best in the Mile at the SoCon Championships ... just missed all-conference with fourth place finish.
• Competed in the Mile (qualified for the final), the 4x400 meter relay and the DMR at the SoCon Championships.
• Finished second in the Mile at the UAB Green and Gold Invitational.
2024-25
• Competed in the Mile and 3000 meter run at the Southern Conference Championship
• Qualified for the Mile final at the SoCon Championships and scored with a seventh place finish
• Placed seventh and scored in the 3000 meter at the SoCon Championships
• Recorded a PR in the 3000 meter at the Samford Bulldog Invite
• Ran a personal best in the 800 meter run at the Samford January Invite.
2023-24
• Competed in the Mile, 4x400 meter relay and Distance Medley Relay at the SoCon Championships
• Scored with a fourth place finish as a member of the DMR at the SoCon Championships
• Scored as a member of the 4x400 meter relay with a sixth place finish at the SoCon Championships
• Scored as an individual with a fifth place finish in the Mile at the SoCon Championships

• Ran a personal best time int he 5000 meter at the Lee University - Fast Break Athletics Invitational.
• Competed in the 1500 meter at the Raleigh Relays.

2024
• Competed in the 1500 meter, 5000 meter and the 4x400 meter relay team at the Southern Conference Championships
