• Recorded a personal best in the long jump at the UAB Blazer Invitational.
• Tallied a PR in the 60 meter dash at the Commodore Winter Challenge.
• Did not complete the season due to injury.
2025
• Competed in the long jump and triple jump at the SoCon Championships
• Recorded personal best in both events
• Ran a personal record in the 60 meter at the Samford Bulldog Invite.

• Just missed all-conference with a fourth place finish and personal best in the triple jump at the SoCon Championships.

Henry was one of three Owls to play and start in all 53 games...Her game grew tremendously on the base paths as she stole 25 bases to lead the team and land second in the ASUN conference...For the second straight year, she posted an above .300 batting average (.305) to lead the Owls...Her four triples were tied for second in the ASUN...Uncorked a bases loaded triple to score three runs versus Robert Morris (Feb. 25)...Posted a strong day versus Princeton (March 2) as she slashed three base-hit with two RBI and two runs...Showcased her first four-hit game versus Stetson (3/16)...Racked up 13 multi hit games, leading the team...Scorched conference opponents with 28 of her 52 hits coming within ASUN play for an .311 average...Went 6-11 during the FGCU series (.545)...Recorded two four hits games with both coming versus Florida ASUN opponents in Stetson (March 16)  and FGCU (May 3)...She spent time in all three outfield positions

Played in 49 games with 47 starts for KSU in 2023 ... scored a run in her first collegiate game against Murray State on Feb. 17 ... recorded her first hit on Feb. 18 at Troy ... had a hit in five straight games from Feb. 25 to Mar. 4 ... started seven-game reached base streak on Feb. 25 vs. Indiana State ... had nine-game reached-base streak from Feb. 25 thru Mar. 11 ... had back-to-back three-hit games against Austin Peay on Mar. 17 and 18 ... had two RBI and a triple against EKU on Mar. 24 vs. EKU ... went 2-for-3 with one run scored against the Colonels on Mar. 25 ... started a 18-game reached-base streak on Apr. 2 at Liberty ... went 5-for-8 during KSU’s three-game series vs. Lipscomb (Apr. 22-23) ... went 3-for-6 with three runs scored and one RBI in KSU’s 8-4, 13-inning win over Samford on Apr. 26 ... posted another three-hit game on Apr. 28 in the Owls’ 4-2 win over Bellarmine ... went 1-for-4 with two runs scored, two RBI and one triple in the Owls’ 7-1 win over the Knights on Apr. 30.

HIGH SCHOOL
Henry won region championships in the 100 meter and 300-meter hurdles. The speedster earned region titles in the high jump, long jump, triple jump and 100m in 2022. She was a AA State Champion in the triple jump and AA state runner-up in the long jump as a senior. She took third in the high jump.

She also participated in softball and basketball in high school, earning first team all-state honors in both softball and basketball. In her final season, Henry had the highest batting average in her region and tallied the most stolen bases on the team. Her junior year, Dade County High School won the region championship and made it all the way to the Sweet 16 in the state playoffs. She was named first team all-region in 2021 and 2022 as well as first team all-state in 2022. Her performance in the field earned her a a golden glove award her senior season.

On the basketball court, she was named team MVP in 2022 and was named to the all-region first teams in 2021 and 2022.
