• Competed in the 10k at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships.
• Ran the 8k at the Southern Conference Cross Country Championships, placing 56th.
• Competed in the Alabama Crimson Classic, Georgia Tech Cross Country Invitational and the Southern Showcase.
2024
• Recorded a PR in the 8k at the UTC Home Meet, placed 10th.
• Competed in the Southern Conference Championship, finishing 52nd.
2023
• Recorded a personal best in the 10k at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championship - finished 118th.
• Placed 35th in the 8k at the Southern Conference Championships.
• Posted a PR in the 8k at the Live in Lou Cross Country Classic.
• Ran a PR in the 4-mile at the Tennessee Cross Country Invite. 

OUTDOOR TRACK AND FIELD
2026
• Posted a PR in the 5000 meter at the UAH Rocket City Invitational and placed seventh overall.
• Competed in the 5000 meter at the Outdoor Music City Challenge.
