2024-25 Junior
- CSC Academic All-District Team
- Played in a total of 30 games for the Mocs.
- This included making her first career start for the Mocs on November 17 at Mississippi State.
- Averaged 10.5 minutes/game on the year.
- Wrapped up the season with 64 points (2.1 points/game), 60 rebounds (2.0 rebounds/game), 12 assists, seven blocks and five steals, all singe-season highs for her career.
- Finished the season with a 42.6 (26-for-61) field goal percentage on the year.
- Scored a career-high nine points for the Mocs in a January 11 contest at UNCG, going 4-for-7 from the floor.
- Also put together a pair of eight-point performances: first against NC Central (Nov. 11) and again in the SoCon Tournament Semifinals against Furman (Mar. 7).
- She would finish each of those games a perfect 3-for-3 from the floor.
- Saw her career-high of five rebounds come twice during the season against Western Carolina (Feb. 8) and Mercer (Mar. 6) in the SoCon Tournament Quarterfinals.
- Recorded a career-high four assists versus Salem (Dec. 21).
- Tied her career-high of one steal and her career-high of one block on numerous occasions.
- Logged a steal in a total of five games on the year.
- Logged a block in a total of seven games on the year.
- Also connected on a total of three three-pointers over the course of the season, marking the first-ever three-pointers made in her collegiate career.
- Recorded multiple rebounds in a total of 18 contests.

2023-24 Sophomore
- Appeared in 10 games for the Mocs, averaging 2.6 minutes/game.
- Made her collegiate debut against King University (11/06), where she also scored her first collegiate points.
- Logged her first career steal against Samford (01/13).
- Helped the Mocs secure the 2024 SoCon regular season and SoCon Tournament titles after UTC finished the season with a record of 28-5.

2022-23 Freshman
- Did not appear in any games for the Mocs in 2022-23 and was redshirted.
- Was a part of the Mocs team that claimed their 19th Southern Conference Tournament title and 16th appearance in the NCAA Tournament.

High School/Club
Played for the Orange Lions Academy ... averaged 8.7 points per game ... shot 57.1 percent from the field ... pulled down 9.7 boards and dished out 2.1 assists per game ... against the Sportif Grasshoppers she posted career-highs for scoring (16), rebounding (16) and steals (5) ... career-best four assists against BC Utrecht Cagero and Flashing Heiloo  ... career-high four steals from Apollo Amsterdam ... played for the BC Artdito as well as Springfield in Berlicum ... 2016-17 season she joined Attacus in the U14. She was a pre-selection for the Dutch teams VU14 and VU15 and selected to the VU18 and VU20 teams ... spent two seasons training at the Basketball Academy Limburg before moving on to Orange Lions Academy.

Played basketball and volleyball at the age of seven. At the same age and on until she was 15, Frode Flos sang in a classical girls' choir. She performed in Mattheus Passion as well as on National radio.
