- Finished her season 2-10 overall, playing primarily in the team’s No. 5 spot where she went 1-7.
- Also went 0-1 on Court 3 and 1-2 on Court 4.
- Helped lead UTC beach volleyball to its first-ever OVC regular season title, OVC Tournament title, and NCAA Tournament appearance with the Mocs ending the year with a 19-10 (9-1 OVC) record overall.

Sophomore (2023)
- Finished the season 14-20 overall.
- Went 7-12 at the No. 4 slot alongside partner Halle Olson.
- Finished the season 6-5 at No. 3... 1-2 at No. 2... 0-1 in the No. 5 position.

Freshman (2022)
- Went 1-3 overall... lone win of the season came with Bailey Steger at No. 3 on March 26.

Personal
- Daughter of Amy and Scott Frigaard
- Has two brothers (Micah, 17 & Sam, 15) 
- Amy (mother) played soccer at the University of Mary Washington from 1992-93. 
- Was a member of the National Honor Society for all four years in high school.
