- Appeared in 28 games while making 16 starts as a true freshman... averaged 19.4 minutes per game... missed final four games due to injury.
- Finished rookie campaign with 211 points (7.5), 66 rebounds (2.4), 54 assists (1.9) and 18 steals (0.6)... shot team-high 52.7% FG (77-146)... finished 33.3% 3PT (15-45) and 76.4% FT (42-55).
- Scored in double figures seven different times including five times in first 10 games at the collegiate level... scored in 27 of the 28 total appearances.
- Season-high performance came in win at ACC-member Louisville... scored 22 points on 7-of-12 FG (2-of-6 3PT, 6-of-6 FT)... added two assists during the win... 27 minutes of floor time.
- Recorded back-to-back 16-point efforts in wins at home against Tennessee Wesleyan and on the road at Alabama A&M (12/16)... was a combined 12-of-14 FG (3-of-5 5 3PT) during the stretch.
- Scored a combined 29 points on 11-of-16 FG (3-of-3 3PT) with four assists to just one turnover in consecutive games against Samford (2/3) and UNCG (2/10).

- Attended The Skill Factory in Atlanta, Ga... second student-athlete on 2023-24 roster who attended TSF (Tyler Millin). 
- Ranked as three-star recruit according to Rivals... previously committed to South Florida before switching to Chattanooga.
- TSF finished 38-3 overall and won a national championship in the circuit in 2023.
- Che averaged 14.5 points and 7.5 assists per game during the 2023 season.... shot 52% from the field and 42% from three.
