Biography
All-American Carson Gets Nod Into the UTC Athletics Hall of Fame
Susan Carson was an All-American women's tennis player from 1975-78. She helped start one of the most dominant runs by any sport at UTC that included three-straight national championships.
Carson was a member of the Lady Mocs 1977 and 1978 AIAW Small College National Championship teams, earning All-American honors in 1978.
A two-sport athlete, Carson was also a member of the volleyball team throughout her career at UTC. Carson earned her Bachelor's Degree in Health, Physical Education and Elementary Education in 1978.
She was inducted into the UTC Athletics Hall of Fame in 2012.
