Brooke Yanez begins her first season with Chattanooga on September 1, 2026.
Yanez played collegiately for UC Davis (2018-19), Oregon (2020-22) and UCLA in 2023. She competed for Athletes Unlimited (2023), Chattanooga Steam (2024), Japan Professional Legue (2025) and the AUSL Chicago in 2025.
The Ventura, Calif., native is a two-time All-Pac-12 honoree, NFCA All-American Third Team selection, a two-time Softball America Second Team All-American and two-time NFCA All-Region First Team member. In the Big West, she was the 2019 Pitcher of the Year and the 2018 Freshman of the Year. Yanez earned NFCA National Pitcher of the Week honors twice and was a Pac-12 Pitcher of the Week four times.
