Jordan Yseth, RDN starts her third season at Chattanooga ahead of the 2023-24 competition year. Prior to her start at UTC in 2021, Yseth provided all levels of care spanning all ages in the eating disorder treatment field since 2015. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Nutrition in 2014. She then went on to complete her Dietetic Internship with the University of Minnesota with a focus on eating disorders.
Originally from Minnesota, Yseth danced competitively for 15 years both regionally and nationally. Since moving to Chattanooga, she enjoys the warm weather for hiking, kayaking, camping, backpacking, doing yoga, gardening, cooking, taking her dog to the dog park, and reading good books on her porch in her free time. Yseth currently lives in Chattanooga with her boyfriend, cat named Goose, and her dog named Boone.
