MACON, Ga.---Rain washed away Monday's third round at the Brickyard Collegiate giving No. 24 Chattanooga a tie for second with Clemson at 576 (E). Results revert to the 36-hole totals.
Augusta State claims the title finishing at 563 (-13)/ Following the Mocs and Tigers is Georgia in fourth place at 579 (+3). VCU rounds out the top five at 584 (+8)

""I am proud of the way we played," said head coach Mark Guhne. "We were very solid without playing at our best. It's like when a pitcher in baseball doesn't have his best stuff, but finds a way to win.
"We found a way to score without our "A-game" and that's something I've been looking for since I started coaching."
Chattanooga returns to action in two weeks hosting the Aldila Scenic City Invitational Oct. 26-27 at Council Fire Golf Club in East Brainerd. The Mocs headline a 16-team field that includes Maryland, Missouri, Iowa State, Middle Tennessee and Wichita State.
