Lady Mocs Finish Third in Georgia

STOCKBRIDGE, Ga.---Behind the second-best round of the day, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga women's golf team moved up to a third-place finish at the John/Kirk Panther Intercollegiate Tuesday at Eagles Landing Country Club. The Lady Mocs shot a 13-over par 301 to move up from fourth after 36 holes.
The 301 was second to host
Freshman Moa Duf registered her second top 10 of the Spring finishing in sixth at 222 (+6). Duf carded a final round 77 to finish six strokes out of first place.
It was a second top 10 finish for Maria Salinas with a tie for seventh.
Sophomore Emma de Groot tied for 11th shooting nine-over par 225 including a final round 75. Christine Wolf shot a 79 today to tie for 22nd at 228, while Maria Juliana Loza chipped in a 76 (+4) to complete her tourney tied for 50th with a 239.
Kayla Stewart and Katie Taylor played as individuals. Stewart tied for 39th with a 233 after today's 76, while

The Lady Mocs return to action on Monday, April 6, hosting the Lady Mocs Intercollegiate. The 54 hole event feature two rounds of 18 holes on Monday followed by a final 18 holes on Tuesday. It will be played at the Lookout Mountain Golf Club.
