GoMocs.com caught up with Southern Conference Men's Golf Freshman of the Year Stephan Jaeger after his recent fifth place finish at the International European Amateur in Luxembourg.
Q: What is your favorite city to visit?
JAEGER: I'm not a city person, but I would like to visit London, England.
Q: What would be your ultimate vacation spot?
JAEGER: It would be at a beach somewhere with all of my teammates, except Derek Rende, playing golf all day.
Q: What is something people might not know about you?
JAEGER: I'm actually very nice.
Q: What TV show do you watch you wouldn't tell your teammates about?
JAEGER: Basically every show on Animal Planet or Discovery.
Q: What is your non-athletics dream job?
JAEGER: Pop star
Q: What is the one TV show you never miss?
JAEGER: River Monsters (Animal Planet)
Q: If an actor were to play you in a movie, who would it be?
JAEGER: Of course Shia LaBeouf… he got to kiss Megan Fox!!!

JAEGER: Blue

JAEGER: German

JAEGER: Fish (Jim Horten), because he is so lonely but still always happy!!!

JAEGER: Soccer

JAEGER: Right now? (Coach) Mark Guhne. In the future? Anthony Kim.
Q: What song gets you pumped up for a round?
JAEGER: “Otherside” by the Red Hot Chili Peppers

JAEGER: Yes, but I can't tell anyone.
Q: Are you a dog or cat person?
JAEGER: Definitely a dog person

JAEGER: Former teammate Ben Rickett – he knows every girl at UTC!!!
Q: You're stranded on the road and your car is busted. Which teammate do you call to come get you?
JAEGER: I have to say Derek because he is the most reliable. Ben (Rickett) doesn't have a car and Freddie (Qvicker) would take hours.
Q: Three items you would want most if deserted on an island?
JAEGER: Sunscreen, sand wedge and food…lots of food.
Q: If you were recuperating in a hospital, who would you want in the hospital bed next to you and why?
JAEGER: I would like to have my family next to my bed.
Q: Person that has most influenced you in life, why?
JAEGER: Many people in America have influenced me to the better, everyone in their own way.
Q: Favorite food?
JAEGER: Chicken Wings
Q: If you could trade places with Coach for one day what would you do?
JAEGER: I would trade places with him any day. He has an awesome job.
Q: If you could give coach a nickname, what would it be?
JAEGER: No comment (laughing). I still want to be at UTC for three more years.
Q: If you could win a gold medal in the Olympics in any sport, besides the one you are competing in, what would it be?
JAEGER: Gymnastics.
Q: Funniest player on the team and why?
JAEGER: Derek because he has this very dry sense of humor. I think he learned it from his dad Sal who is much, much funnier.
Q: Which teammate would make a great politician and why?
JAEGER: Ben, he is so organized.

JAEGER: “Date my Mom”
