"Great Win! I told our guys before the game, that any win is a great win and I told them to enjoy it. I tell you what I am happy. It may not look like it sometimes on the sideline and I've been like that my whole coaching career. You know we win 30-13 and it's a great win for our program and our kids are excited, their happy, they're hooping and hollering but we can't be satisfied. We have to improve in a lot of ways and I can see that without looking at the film but proud of them, came out, did we had to do, we played well in spurts, and we didn't play well in spurts after that but we got a great group of guys and I'm proud of them. "

"Turn over's killed them. Their coach came up to me, I told him, I said great job, man you guys are tough, you have a great offensive scheme,  you get people in space, and he shook his head and said "man  turn over's will kill ya". He is absolutely right. That last turn over we had, very disappointing. There is no way we should turn that ball over. We are in a safe run play right there and no way, but we've been preaching turn over's, carrying it high and tight, and I thought our guys did a nice job protecting the ball."

Fantastic! Blue is a warrior, I'm gonna tell ya man, Blue is a warrior and I didn't realize it because we didn't have him in the spring, we had him in camp. The kid is a gamer, I love that kid and I'll take twenty two Blues every time. He goes up and gets the football, he goes extra yards. I thought he was excellent today.

"I thought we played well. We just made too many turnovers in crucial situations and made a lot of dumb mistakes. You know, its stuff you can't do playing a 1AA team. I thought we moved the ball up and down the field. The defense played well at times. You just got to put it all together."

Thoughts on Glenville's Offense
"I thought we moved the ball. We were going 30 to 30, up and down the field. Then, we would turn it over and get in a bad situation and not convert. We weren't converting some third downs and a couple of fourth down situations. But, physically I thought we held up pretty good against them."

Thoughts on UTC
"[I] thought the quarterback played well. I thought they [his line] protected him pretty good. I think there is a lot of excitement around here [Chattanooga] so they're headed in the right direction."

What can be taken from this game
"Well, we just got to quit making stupid mistakes. We've got to eliminate them if we're going to try to win a championship in our league. But, our kids came out here and I thought physically we did ok. We matched up pretty well with a 1AA team from the Southern Conference so we feel pretty good about that."
