- Chattanooga is now 11-9 on the year and 3-4 in the SoCon North Division, after an 83-80 loss at Elon...The Phoenix is 4-15, 2-6 in SoCon play.

- The series is now tied 8-8...The Mocs are 3-4 in Elon...The Phoenix won the first meeting this season 82-63 in Chattanooga (12/5/09).

- UTC is 621-366 as a DI program (33rd season)...The Mocs are 332-176 in SoCon games.

- This is the second game of three in five days this week, all on the road...Chattanooga heads to Wofford on Monday (7 p.m.)...The Wofford game is a doubleheader with the Lady Mocs.

- The Mocs used their 10th different lineup of the season game No. 20.  The starters:  Keegan Bell (1), Ricky Taylor (2), Ty Patterson (3), Ridge McKeither (4) and Jeremy Saffore (5).

- Chattanooga is 3-8 when trailing at the half...Elon held a 48-39 advantage at the break.

- The Mocs are now 4-1 when the final margin is 10 points or less.

- Chattanooga is 5-9 when committing 15 or more turnovers...The Mocs had 15 on the night.

- Tonight was the first time this season the Mocs lost when scoring more than 70 points (8-1).

- The Mocs held a distinct advantage in the paint out-scoring Elon 32-10.

- The 12 fast break points for the Mocs tonight are a season high.

- The Mocs finally have all their scholarship players healthy for the first time this season...Troy Cage is back after Dec. 3 surgery putting a rod in his leg for support of stress fractures which have kept him out of workouts and practices since arriving at Chattanooga over the summer...UTC has lost 47 man-games on the season through 18 games.  Cage did not see action tonight as he works his way back from the injury.

Junior Ridge McKeither
- Made his first start since Dec. 21 (Tennessee Temple).
- Second double-double registering 16 points and 11 rebounds...11 boards is a career high.
- Scored 12 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in the second half.
- Shot 8-12 from the field and 0-1 from the line.

Senior Ty Patterson
- Career-high 28 points...Shot 9-22 FG, 6-14 3pt and 4-4 FT.
- Also had six boards and two steals.

Sophomore Ricky Taylor
- 13 points shooting 5-10 FG and 3-6 3pt.
