GAINESVILLE, Fla. --- The Chattanooga Mocs women's golf team is in 11th-place after 18 holes of the SunTrust Gator Women's Invitational. UTC navigated the Mark Bostick Golf Course at UF at 302, which is one shot behind No. 6 North Carolina in 10th at 301.

Agathe Sauzon (Valence, France) led the way today with a two-over par 72. It was a consistent effort with 14 pars and birdie offset by three bogeys. She is tied for 15th and posted her third straight round of 73 or lower.

Emily McLennan (Queensland, Australia) and Mette Kryger (Nivaa, Denmark) each carded 76s. Isabella Loza (Bucaramanga, Colombia) rounded out the team score with a 78, while Marion Duvernay (Publier, France) had the drop score with an 81.

No. 4 Oklahoma has the first round lead after shooting 285. No. 3 Alabama is in second at 286, while No. 5 Florida is in third at 289. No. 15 Virginia is ninth (297) four strokes ahead of the Tar Heels and five clear of the Mocs.

Stephanie Meadow (Alabama) and Portland Rosen (Virginia) hold the individual lead at two-under par 68. Camilla Hedburg (Florida), Josephine Janson (Okla. St.), Chirapat Jao-Javanil (Okla.) and A.C. Tanguay (Okla.) are tied for third, one shot behind at 69.

Chattanooga is first off the tee in the morning on No. 10 playing with UNC and Florida International. It's a 9 a.m., first tee time with Duvernay leading off.
