GAINESVILLE, Fla. --- The Chattanooga Mocs women's golf team is in 12th through 36 holes at the SunTrust Gator Women's Invitational on Mark Bostick Golf Course at the University of Florida. UTC shot 307 for a two-day total of 609, five shot clear of San Diego State in 13th.

Freshman Isabella Loza (Bucaramanga, Colombia) had the low round for the Mocs with a three-over par 73. It is her low round of the season with two birdies and 12 pars on her card. She is tied for 38th leading the team at 151.

Emily McLennan (Queensland, Australia) and Agathe Sauzon (Valence, France) are just one stroke behind Loza at 152. McLennan matched her opening round 76 with another in round two. Mette Kryger (Nivaa, Denmark) is next on the list at 154, while Marion Duvernay (Publier, France) rounds out the scoring at 163.

No. 3 Alabama shot 293 today to move past No. 4 Oklahoma into the lead at 579. The Sooners and tourney host No. 5 Florida are tied for second three strokes off the lead at 582. No. 21 Oklahoma State is three more shots back in fourth at 585.

Oklahoma's Chirapat Jao-Javanil's 68 in round two to jump into first individually at three-under par 137. She holds a three-shot advantage over first round co-leader Portland Rosen of Virginia at even par (140). Hayley Davis (Baylor) is third at plus one (141).
