They started playing basketball together in a Saturday league when she was just nine years old. That continued through middle school and high school and after a year apart, the Gilbert sisters are together again.

Keiana, the younger sister of UTC women's basketball player Aryanna, will once again be teammates with her sister.

“We have good chemistry,” Keiana said. “We often know what the other is going to do.”

This season, the Mocs will take on 15 non-conference teams and see the seven other Southern Conference teams twice in the latter half of the season. Hopefully we'll get to the see a lot of the younger Gilbert sister.

“It's my favorite number.”

If you could travel anywhere in the United States, where would you go and why?

“Los Angeles. It seems nice there and I've never been.”

“Bahamas. It seems really relaxing and nice for a vacation.”

“Food, TV and basketball.”

“My phone.”

“Cookies and Cream.”

“Kobe Bryant. I'd like to know what it feels like to lead my team to multiple championships.”

“Spiderman. Just because he is amazing.”
