TEAM
- The Chattanooga Mocs scored a 55-7 win over VMI today … UTC is 3-2 overall and 2-0 in the SoCon for the first time since 1984 … the Keydets drop to 1-5 overall and 0-3 in the league. 

- 55 points is the most in the Russ Huesman era (since 2009) … second 50+ game in the Huesman era (51-7 win vs. Western Carolina on Oct. 15, 2011 … most points in a game for the Mocs since a 59-56 win against No. 17 Appalachian State on Oct. 30, 2004.

- 555 yards of total offense is the most for the Mocs since 568 in a 36-28 win at No. 25 Furman on Oct. 23, 2010.

- The Mocs allowed 165 yards of total offense to VMI … VMI had 75 of those yards on their final scoring drive of the game … fewest yards allowed in a game since giving up 78 to Glenville State on Sept. 13, 2012 … fewest yards allowed to an FCS opponent since 165 at Tennessee Tech on Aug. 31, 2006. 

- VMI came into the game with the No. 8 pssing offense in the nation, averaging 298 yards per game ... held to just 112 today ... 88 before the final drive of the fourth quarter.

- Chattanooga ran for a season-high 322 yards today … most since 367 at Western Carolina on Nov. 3, 2012.

- UTC's third scoring drive of the day went 93 yards … second longest of the season … third longest in terms of yards in the Huesman era.

- Mocs scored on their last five possessions of the first half.

Richardre Bagley – Fr.-RB

- Season-high 55 yards on 10 carries.
- Season-long 19-yard run.

C.J. Board – So.-WR
- Four catches for a career-high 64 yards.
- First career receiving TD.
- 35-yard catch tied a career-long.
- Career long 41-yard punt return.

Ryan Bossung – So.-DB
- Team-high five tackles.

Derrick Craine – So.-RB
- Five carries to tie a career-high with 53 rushing yards.
- 38-yard run in the second quarter is a career-long.
- 23-yard TD catch was a career-long.
- First TD reception of his career.

Marquis Green – Sr.-RB
- 10 carries for 36 yards and a TD.
- First rushing TD since Austin Peay last season.

Jacob Huesman – Jr.-QB
- Nine carries for 97 yards and two TDs.
- 2,056 career rushing yards … ninth Moc in school history with 2,000 career rushing yards.
- 20 career rushing TDs is tied for third all-time at UTC … four shy of the school record.
- 15-22 passing for 178 yards and four TDs…eighth Moc to top 4,000 career passing yards (4,030).
- First in school history with 2,000 rushing yards and 4,000 passing yards.
- 4 TD passes ties a career-high set against Western Carolina on Oct. 5, 2013. 
- 37 career TD passes moves past Mickey Brokas (1970-73) for fifth all-time at UTC.
- 397 career completions passes Antonio Miller (2004-07) and Brian Hampton (1996-98) for fourth all-time at UTC.

- First career INT.

Nakevion Leslie – So.-LB
- Second career sack in the second quarter.

Faysal Shafaat – Sr.-TE
- Season-high four catches for 49 yards and two TDs.
- Ties a career-high for receiving TDs in a game…third multi-TD game of his career.
- 15 career TD receptions pass Blue Cooper (2006-09) and Alonzo Nix (2003-04) for fifth all-time at UTC.

Alphonso Stewart – Fr.-WR
- Team-high four catches…71 receiving yards and one TD.
- First career catches.

Davis Tull – Sr.-DE
- Four tackles, including two sacks.
- 31.5 for his career is tied with Furman's Kelly Fletcher (1986-89) and Bryan Dailer (1994-97) for fourth all-time in the SoCon … leader is 36.5 by Appalachian State's Josh Jeffries (1999-02).
- Added three QBHs.
- Second game in a row with two sacks and three hurries.
