Game No. 3 | Chattanooga at Butler | Hinkle Fieldhouse | Nov. 18, 2014

FOR STARTERS
- Butler leads the series 2-0…both games at Butler.
- Now 1-7 against current BIG EAST membership.

KEY SPURTS
- Chattanooga led by as many as four in the first half.

- Went on an 11-1 run (down 9-3 prior) to take a 14-10 advantage on a Chuck Ester jumper.
- Held the Bulldogs without a field goal for 9:08 in the first half to take the lead.
- Butler's methodically pulled away in the second half…Mocs went without a field goal for 8:29 seeing an eight-point deficit swell to 18 (18-8).

BOARD WORK
- For the second straight game, Chattanooga was out-rebounded…-7 on the glass (38-31).
- Six offensive rebounds tonight…just nine for the road trip (3 at Wisconsin on Sunday).
- Butler had a 20-5 advantage in second chance points.

SHOOTING WOES
- The Mocs continue to struggle from the field…shot 34.0 percent (16-47)…last time had less than 50 shot attempts was in SoCon Tourney loss to Georgia Southern this past March.
- Shot 30.0 percent from 3pt range (6-20).

CHARITY STRIPE
- Chattanooga shot 62.5 percent from the free throw line making 10 of 16.
- Butler did not shoot as good a percentage (61.8%), but it made more (21) than the visitors attempted.

PLAYER NOTES
Casey Jones, Jr.-F
- Team-high 14 points…total is a season high…made 3-9 from the field, 8-10 from 3pt range.
- Ties career high with eight free throws made (10 attempts)…made eight against UNCG (1/25/14) and Western Carolina (2/14/14) a season ago.
- 3rd straight game in double figures…26th time in his career.

Eric Robertson, Jr.-G
- Tallied 12 points off the bench…Mocs reserves out-scored their counterparts 19-6.
- Career-high four three-pointers made in five attempts…eclipses three he had made on eight different occasions with the most recent coming last Friday in the opener vs. Hiwassee…rest of the team was 2-15 (13.3%) from beyond the arc.
- Shooting 63.6% for the season making seven of 11.
