- The Chattanooga Mocs evened their record at 3-3 with an impressive 78-67 win over Big South Conference favorite Coastal Carolina in the finals of the Chattanooga hosted Battle 4 Atlantis games. The Chanticleers dropped to 4-2 overall.
- The Mocs erased a five-point halftime deficit for the win.
- Coastal Carolina made its first 13 FTs … went 2-7 in the final 10 minutes of play.
- The Mocs were 17-21 (81.0%) from the FT line in the second half.
- Chattanooga allowed Coastal to shoot 13-24 (54.2%) in the first half … clamped down on defense in the second, allowing just 11-31 (35.5%) and 1-8 from 3-pt. range.
- UTC improved to 3-0 at home … 15-2 in McKenzie Arena under head coach Will Wade.
- Mocs are 100-50 all-time in in-season tournaments … 35th title.
- UTC's 78 points are a season-high against a Division I opponent.
- Mocs blocked a season-high seven shots today, including a career-high six by sophomore F Justin Tuoyo.
- Chattanooga shot 46.3% (25-54) for the game…highest percentage Coastal has allowed this season.
- Coastal Carolina had a season-low five assists today.
- CCU came into the game +14.8 in rebound margin … Mocs won the battle on the glass 36-32 … 16-14 on the offensive end.

Casey Jones – Jr.-F
- Second-straight double-double with 20 points and a game-high 12 boards.
- Second double-double this season and fifth of his career.
- 6th 20-point game of his career … first this season.
- Shot 7-8 from the field and 6-8 from the FT line.
- 4-4 from the field in the first eight minutes of the game.
- 15-18 (83.3%) from the FT line last two games.
Greg Pryor – So.-G
- Season-high 15 points.
- Shot 5-11 from the field, 2-6 from 3-pt. range and 3-4 from the FT line.
- Added three boards and three steals in a season-high 36 minutes.
Eric Robertson – Jr.-G
- Tied a season-high with a game-high three assists.
- Added two points and two boards in 20 minutes off the bench.

- Career-high six blocks.
