TEAM
- The 14th ranked Chattanooga Mocs improved to 1-2 overall with a 42-6 win at Austin Peay today … the Governors dropped to 0-2 on the season. 

- Today was the first game in the newly renovated Governors Stadium at Austin Peay.  The facility now seats 10,000 after a $19 million addition in the offseason. 

- Keon Williams scored from three yards out on the Mocs' first possession for UTC's first rushing TD of the season.

- Austin Peay had six points and 102 yards of total offense at the half…shutout and 78 yards the rest of the game.

- The Mocs held Austin Peay to 180 yards of total offense … fewest allowed to a Division I opponent since giving up 165 in a 31-7 win at Tennessee Tech on Aug. 31, 2006. 

- Most points for the Mocs since a 42-21 win against Western Carolina last season ... most points on the road since 42 last season at Georgia State, a 42-21 win.

- After Austin Peay scored with 7:37 left in the first quarter, the Mocs defense did not allow the Governors inside the UTC 41-yard line for the rest of the game.

- The Mocs held APSU to just nine first downs in the game … fewest since allowing eight in a 31-10 win at Furman on Oct. 13, 2012.

- The Mocs improved to 6-0 in the all-time series against Austin Peay.

INDIVIDUAL
Alejandro Bennifield – Fr.-QB

- Saw his first career action under center.
- 1-5 for eight yards.
- Ran twice for three yards.

Xavier Borishade – So.-WR
- 42-yard TD catch in the third quarter was a career-long reception.
- Third career TD catch.

Jacob Huesman – Jr.-QB
- 18-23 passing for 224 yards and two TDs.
- 24 rushing yards on seven carries. 

Tommy Hudson – Sr.-WR
- Career-high 102 yards on seven receptions.
- Seven catches tied a career-high.
- 33-yard TD reception is third of the season.
- First 100-yard receiver for the Mocs since Terrell Robinson had 124 (4 rec. – 2TDs) against Elon on Nov. 17, 2012. 
- 58-yard punt return for a TD in the third quarter…first by a Moc since Jordan Hazard's 88-yarder against Furman on Oct. 20, 2007. 
- Career-high 173 (102 rec. – 6 rush – 65 PR) all-purpose yards … most by a Moc since Jacob Huesman had 186 against Georgia Southern on Oct. 26, 2012. 

Derrick Lott – Sr.-DL
- Had four tackles, 2 hurries and a sack in the game.

Cedric Nettles – So.-DB
- Tied for game-high with nine tackles.
- 2.0 TFLs.

Nick Pollard – Sr.-K/P
- Tied a career-high with four touchbacks on kickoffs. 

Channing Smith – Jr.-OL
- First career start at left guard.

Davis Tull – Sr.-DE
- Added to his UTC career lead with his first sack of the season.
- 27.5 sacks is tops on the FCS active career list.
- Forced his ninth career fumble … also tops among active FCS players.
- 45.0 career TFLs is second among active FCS players.

Keon Williams – Sr.-RB
- Led the team with 53 rushing yards on 18 carries.
- Two rushing TDs … fourth career multi-TD game.
- Five TDs in two games against APSU last two years.
- 18 career rushing TDs … tied for 5th all-time at UTC with Eldra Buckley (2005-06), Artis Edwards (1981-84), Gwain Durden (1977-80) and Gene Roberts (1946).
