TEAM
- The Chattanooga Mocs dropped a 13-9 game to Mercer … UTC falls to 6-4 overall and 4-4 in SoCon action … the Bears improve to 5-5 and 4-3 in league play.

- The Mocs held Mercer to just 149 yards of total offense (71 rushing, 78 passing) … last time UTC held a team to less than 200 yards of total offense was the 2017 season finale against ETSU (116).   

- Mercer was forced to punt a school-record 10 times … three of those in UTC territory that were downed inside the 20.

- There were a combined 18 penalties for 191 yards … 9-88 for Mercer … 9-103 for Chattanooga … 103 yards in penalties was a season-high for UTC.  

- Mercer posted 206 total return yards … 177 KOR and 29 PR.

- Mocs held its fifth opponent to less than 20 points this season … allowing just 18.2 point per game overall … leads the SoCon and is the lowest at UTC since 1987.

- UTC ran 38 times for 120 yards … tied a season-high (VMI) for attempts.

- Nick Tiano and Bryce Nunnelly connected for a 50-yard pass play in the second quarter … 13^th pass play of 30+ yards this season … only had five all of last year. \

- Alex Trotter's 63-yard run in the first quarter was the seventh over 20 yards for the Mocs this season … only has three last year.

INDIVIDUAL
Isaiah Mack – Sr.-DL
- Tied for game-high with eight tackles.
- Added a sack and two hurries.
- 7.5 sacks in the last four games … 8.5 on the year is second in the SoCon.
- 21st sack of his career … fourth all-time at UTC behind Davis Tull (37.0, 2011-14) and Keionta Davis (31.0, 2013-16) and Josh Williams (23.5, 2009-12).
- 41st TFL of his career … third all-time at UTC behind Davis Tull (60.0, 2011-14) and Keionta Davis (43.0, 2013-16).

Devonnsha Maxwell – Fr.-DL
- Two tackles with a sack.
- 4.5 sacks is tied for fourth on UTC's all-time freshman list. 

Bryce Nunnelly – So.-WR
- 50-yard reception in the second quarter.
- Ninth catch of 40+ yards this season.
- Six catches for 91 yards.
- 1,096 receiving yards passes Alonzo Nix (2003) and Richmond Flowers (2000) for second on the Mocs' single-season list … Joel Bradford has the school record with 1,284 in 2010.

Kareem Orr – Sr.-DB
- Career-high three PBUs.
- Added a tackle.

Nick Tiano – Jr.-QB
- 21-33 passing for 189 yards.
- 2,456 passing yards this season passes B.J. Coleman (2009) for seventh-most in a season at UTC.
- 2,678 yards of total offense passes Jacob Huesman's totals in 2012 and 2013 for eighth-most in a season at UTC.

Alex Trotter – Sr.-RB
- Career-high 96 yards on 11 carries.
- 63-yard run on the Mocs first possession was a career before he fumbled on the one-yard-line.
- Longest run by a Moc since Kendrix Huitt at Western Carolina on Nov. 3, 2012.\

Victor Ulmo – So.-K
- 3-3 in the second half … made from 38, 28, 19.
- 12-16 on the year.
- 21-28 career … 75% is third highest ever at UTC.

Wil Young – Sr.-WR
- Seven catches for 71 yards.
- Third game with 70+ yards this season.
