On the shots finally falling in the second half:
"We were moving the ball well. We were making shots. Whether you move the ball or not, it always looks good when you're making shots. We played well offensively, the way we want to play, and we rewarded by making shots."
 
On second-half turnover issues:
"Teams need turnovers when they're down. It works in a lot of ways. It gives you an extra possession and obviously keeps the team leading from scoring. They typically lead to something good for the defense."
 
On defensive woes late:
"You can't change from one half to the other that drastically. We held them to 24 in the first half and then they get 50 in the second. They got more aggressive driving the ball, but we knew that coming in that their plan was to attack the rim. We were focused on trying to stop that. In the first half we did that…we were active with it. The second half we weren't."

"It felt like a big sigh of relief. The first two games, we couldn't find our rhythm. We felt a big uptick when the ball started falling in the second half. Then we let up and relaxed on defense. We've got to learn to do both."

"We can't relax. Especially with a team that thrives on driving the ball. We have to build stops on top of stops. You can't trade buckets because someone is eventually going to get hot and tonight, it wasn't us."
