Head Coach Tom Arth
Opening statement:
"I thought we got off to a really poor start, offensively.  We turned the ball over, uncharacteristically, a number of times and put our defense in some tough situations.

"I thought overall (the defense) played really well.  They hit some screens early in the game, but we got all of that corrected.  They played great in the second half and gave us an opportunity in the second half.

"We missed out on far too many opportunities to make plays down the field.  They were playing a lot of man-to-man coverage, bringing a lot of pressure.  We didn't do a great job picking it up.  When we did, we had opportunities to get it out, we just missed.  We had some near-misses.  Tough feeling to run out of time like that.

"It is an opportunity for us to grow and an opportunity for us to learn.  That is all we can do."

On trying to hit the deep balls early:
"I think it is critical.  That is the one thing we have done.  We have made plays down the field.  We had to get rid of the ball a little bit quicker than we would have liked to in some of those cases. We have to figure that out and do a better job in pass protection.

"That is two weeks in a row now we are losing one-on-ones.  It is nothing schematic.  It is nothing that they are doing.  We are just not winning our one-on-one battles."

On the team not being there yet:
"I think we knew exactly where we are.  I don't know if we had any disillusion about where we are or where we aren't.  I think we are a good football team.  We felt going into this thing that we had an opportunity to really get better, but we haven't taken that next step yet.  That is where we are.  We have to take a step forward this week."

On the play of the offense in the second half:
"
There is a lot that we could look at negatively, but I think a lot of guys made some plays in that second half.  Wil Young had some really tough catches to make and I thought he showed up big in that second half.  I thought Joe Parker's catch on that third down to put us in scoring position on the first touchdown was a big time play.  Tyrell's run on fourth-and-one, just his extra-effort.  Defensively, coming up with stops on three-and-outs to give our offensive a chance.  Unfortunately, it just took us a little too long to get going."

Nick Tiano, Jr-QB
On the resiliency of this team:
"We've got a great group (of guys). I think we've shown resiliency through the entirety of this year whether it's workouts or fall camp or in games. We've been our first time this year being down and being on the road. We responded well (in the 4th quarter), it was just too little, too late."

What do you take forward from tonight:
"It's what we talked about in the locker room. Every goal we set out for the season is still in front of us. We need to take it week-by-week, keep getting better and learn from this and grow from it."
