TEAM
- Chattanooga dropped an 58-46 at No. 17 Tennessee tonight.  UTC dropped to 3-3 overall while the Vols improved to 5-0.

- The Mocs are 6-29 in the all-time series against Tennessee … 3-21 on the road … Mocs won the previous meeting 82-69 in the season opener on Nov. 11, 2016 … Vols are 46-7 (.868) at home since the Mocs season-opening win there on Nov. 11, 2016.

- Tennessee's 30th in a row in Thompson-Boling Arena, the longest active streak in the nation.

- 3-43 all-time against ranked opponents, 1-33 in the regular season. The last win against a ranked opponent was March 16, 1997 defeating No. 19 Illinois 75-63 advancing to the NCAA Sweet 16. That came after a 73-70 win over No. 17 Georgia in the opening round.

- The Mocs cut the lead to seven 38-32 on a Rod Johnson three-pointer with 13:47 left to play … it was as close as the Mocs got in the second half. 

- Seven of the eight Mocs who played scored tonight … no one reached double-figures. 

- Tennessee was 15-23 from the FT line … UTC was 2-4.

- The Mocs got 15 points off the bench … fourth game with 10+ points from the reserves.
