TEAM
- The Chattanooga Mocs scored a 99-51 win over Tennessee Wesleyan today.  UTC improves to 6-4 overall while the Bulldogs move to 5-6. 

- Chattanooga had assists on 29 of 38 baskets in today's game.  Most assists in a game since 32 vs. Toccoa Falls on Nov. 20, 2004. 

- Five Mocs had at least three assists, including Rod Johnson (5), David Jean-Baptiste (4), Jonathan Scott (4), Trey Doomes (4) and Maurice Commander (3).

- UTC had season-highs for points (99), FGs made (38), FG% (57.6% - 38-66), rebounds (46), assists (29) and steals (11).  Tied season-highs in FTs made (15) and FT% (88.2% - 15-17).

- Also head season marks for points in the paint (54), points off turnovers (26), fast break points (22) and bench scoring (44).   

- 51 points by the Bulldogs are the fewest allowed by UTC this season. 

- UTC won the battle on the boards 46-19 … +27 rebounding is the best for the Mocs since the game number (54-27) against Hiwassee on Nov. 14, 2014.

- 19 is the lowest rebound total for an opponent since Samford managed just 17 on Jan. 5, 2013, a 74-70 Mocs conference win in Birmingham.

- First wire-to-wire win of the season.

Justin Brown – So.-F
- Season-high nine points and career-high nine boards.
- Shot 4-7 from the field and 1-1 from the FT line.
- Played 12 minutes off the bench.
- Tied a season-high with two assists.

Trey Doomes – So.-G
- Season-high 10 points.
- Shot 5-6 from the field, 0-1 from three.
- Season-high four assists.
- Season-high four steals … has 10 steals in eight games.

David Jean-Baptiste – Jr.-G
- Season-highs with seven boards and four assists.
- Added eight points on 3-7 shooting, 2-2 from the FT line.

Rod Johnson – Jr.-F
- Team-high and tied a career-high with five assists.
- Added six points and seven boards.
- Shot 1-3 from the field and 4-4 from the FT line … tied a career mark in FTs made.

Grant Ledford – Fr.-G/F
- Season-high five points on 2-3 shooting, 1-2 from three.
- Season-high 13 minutes off the bench.

Prosper Obidiebube – Fr.-F
- Four points on 1-3 shooting, 2-4 from the FT line.
- First career points.
- Season-high four boards.
- Season-high 10 minutes.

Matt Ryan – Sr.-G/F
- 18 points on 6-8 shooting, 4-6 from three and 2-2 on the FT line.
- Added four boards and two assists in less than 16 minutes.
- Third-straight game with 18 points.
- Double-figures in nine of 10 games this season.
- Tied a season-high for threes made.

Jonathan Scott – Sr.-G/F

- Added three points and two boards.

Ashton Smith – Fr.-G
- First career assist off the bench.

- Third game in double-figures this season.
- 20-29 (69.0%) from the field last four games.
