TEAM
- Chattanooga held on for a 71-64 win at VMI Wednesday night…18-12 overall, 9-8 in the Southern Conference…Keydets move to 8-22, 3-14 in the league.
- 39.6 percent shooting…second time this season winning when shooting below 40 percent (2-6)…hit 35 percent (21-60) in the home opening win over Tennessee State.
- 23 free throws made matches the home win over the Keydets for the most FT made on the season…35 attempts are a season high…most attempted since 38 in the double OT win over UNCG on Jan. 29, 2018…most in regulation since 35 in the Jan. 21, 2017 win over Samford…most in a road game since 36 in the 2016 SoCon Regular Season Championship clinching triumph at VMI on Feb. 29.
- Fourth wire-to-wire win this season and the second in a week running away from The Citadel 91-68 last Wednesday.
- Largest lead was 20, 60-40, with 6:20 to play…Keydets out-scored their guests 24-11 the rest of the way largely on 7-12 (58.3%) free throw shooting by the Mocs down the stretch.
- Keydets shot 60 percent (24-40) after struggling to a 3-23 start (13.0%).
- Held VMI to just four 3pt made (16%)...the Keydets came into the contest leading the league averaging 10.8 per game.

- 34 points and 21 rebounds over his last three games (56:58 of court time)…13.3 ppg and 7.0 rpg in that span.
 
Maurice Commander, So.-G
- 15 points and six rebounds…+14 plus/minus.
- Fourth double figure scoring game this season, all on the road.
 
Ramon Vila, Jr.-F
- 12 points and seven boards…19th time in last 21 games reaching double figures.
- Topped 600 points in his UTC career tonight (604).
- 16.3 ppg for his career vs. VMI.
