Beatriz Barrios and the Chattanooga Mocs head to Kiawah Island to end the fall schedule.

CHATTANOOGA---The Chattanooga Mocs women's golf team is headed to its fourth and final fall event. The ladies tee off Monday and Tuesday at the Palmetto Intercollegiate. The tournament opens with 36 holes and closes with a final 18 at Turtle Point Golf Club on Kiawah Island, S.C.
For the fourth straight event, the starting lineup remains unchanged. Dorota Zalewska (71.00), Esme Hamilton (72.33), Beatriz Barrios (74.67), Carolina Hortian (74.78) and Megan Docherty (75.11) look to finish the slate strong.
Zalewska is even par through nine cards. She and Hamilton shared SoCon Golfer of the Week after the opener in Knoxville where the duo tied for second. Zalewska again shared the award with another top three at Old Dominion earlier this month.
The squad turned in the 4th (862) and 6th (864) best scores in school history at Evie Odom & Mercedes-Benz, respectively so there's a lot to build on. Three different Mocs have cards in the 60s: Zalewska (3), Hamilton (1) and Hortian (1).
The 54-hole event begins Monday morning with a 36-hole day. The final 18 is Tuesday. Pairings, when available, are listed at the scoring link above.
