Postgame Quotes
Â
Dan Earl, Head Coach
Overall thoughts after 93-49 win over Oakland City.
"Really proud of the guys tonight. We had a long bus ride back from Charleston earlier this week after facing that tough result there, I thought we battled. I thought the guys handled business tonight. To have all 11 players scored is good, Jamaal Walker and Johnny Taylor, Jr., off the bench really effected the game. I thought we remained unselfish. All in all, it was a good night and another step forward."
On importance of tonight and improving.
"Getting guys playing time is a big thing, but honestly, we have a lot of work to do. Our offense is a little more intricate than some other offenses, and our defense as well, so you want to continue making improvements in those things. There's a lot to get better at, but you saw some good things from our offense tonight."
On moving forward.
"We have to contain the ball better. There's times where we're getting too spread out defensively, we have to keep the ball in front of us and let them score over us. We need to improve on our starts and how we get into our spots and get fluid. We just need to be more efficient and sharper offensively."

Jamaal Walker, RSo.-G/F
On returning to the floor.
"Everything is very good, exciting, and I'm just happy to be out there because it's been a long time. I'm so thankful that my teammates let me get out there. So yeah, you know, new team, all new faces working out how to fill in. We're kind of coming along, obviously the challenges of the new system we will find a way to get up to speed."
On gelling as a team.
"Yeah, I definitely feel like like we're getting along better. We all come from different backgrounds on and off the court, and to gel off the court, that helps a whole lot. The coaches have helped, our teammates, we're all helping and improving."Â

Randy Brady, RFr.-G/F
On making home debut in hometown.
"It definitely meant a lot to me. Last year I was contributing to the team cheering, giving the guys the most energy I could. But this year it feels good to be able to contribute in a different way."
On learning the new system and coming together.
You know, this early in the season, it was big. We gave up one to Charleston, so getting this win under our belt felt good. We have a good team chemistry and it's just getting used to each other. I feel like it's going to be big for us in the future.
