Drive past The McKenzie Arena and changes can be seen to the outside of the building, but the inside, on the court, looks virtually untouched. However, there are many changes taking place within the Roundhouse that fans need to know.
Â
Park your car in one of the many surface lots or parking garage around the arena. A few are reserved and closed off prior to the game. Many others are open, but they won't take your cash. They are operating on a cashless system.
Â
The box office moved! With construction taking place at Gate One and that entire part of the arena shut down, the box office moved to Gate Three daily 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. On game days, the box offices at Gates Two and Three will both be open 90 minutes prior to tip-off. Will Call and Player Pass are located at Gate Two.
Â
While Gate One is redshirting, a new entrance is added to the roster. Walk down a flight of stairs at the corner of Alumni Drive/Mabel Street and Fourth Street and enter on the court level. Once inside the arena, enter the stands to locate your seat.
Â
Tickets may be purchased online at GoMocs.com, by phone (423-266.MOCS [6627]) or in person at the Roundhouse box office. Season tickets as well as single-game and Mini Packs are on sale.

Â
Getting around in the arena will not be much different. The concourse is still open and accessible to all with some restrictions. The elevator will be open to the first and third floors only, but fans should use the stands to access the concourse. Restrooms located on the lower level are only open to those with credentials.
Â
Are you a member of the Mocs Club? Join today to enjoy perks such as parking and pregame hospitality. Hospitality is available to Mocs Club members of a certain level and has moved to the former Gate One on the concourse level. However, space is limited so there will not be a dining area.
Â
Concessions stands around the concourse are open. Bring your credit card, because they are cashless.
