FROM HEAD COACH SHAWN POPPIE
On having a tough game plan
"They were searching and that's a good feeling. We talked about in pregame is we stick to our game plan. They're obviously good coaches, and they're going to have to try to find some things and then we had to do the same on our end. Their pressure really bothers you we had to find ways to get into backdoor cuts and get the floor space. Our kids played their tails off. My goodness. We controlled the tempo I thought for majority of the game. Thirteen turnovers is phenomenal. I know we only forced six. That's really kind of how we play. It was really that that fourth quarter on some of the mistakes on the defensive end that really cost us."
