ABOUT CHATTANOOGA GOLF
GREENSBORO, Ga.---The Chattanooga Mocs were one shot behind yesterday's pace but ended up one spot higher on the leaderboard. The group's 292 provides a 2-day total of 583 which is fifth at the Southern Conference Championships.
Paul Conroy had the top tally with 71 followed closely by
Leon Bader's 72.
Alex Cobb turned in 74 which was one better than
Braedon Wear and
Connor Nolan at 75 each on the Oconee Course at Reynolds Lake Oconee.
"I was really proud of Paul's effort," Interim Coach
Miles Moseley. "The hot, humid weather got the better of him on the back nine. Leon birdied two of the last three to really give us a boost heading into tomorrow."
