Mocs Add Points, Record PR in Final Day of SoCon Championships

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. --- Gracie Morse posted a personal best on the final day of the Southern Conference Championships and the Mocs scored in each race Sunday at the Cameron Bean Track in Birmingham, Ala.

Morse advanced to the final of the 400 meter hurdles and finished fifth in the race with a PR time of 1:06.01. She was also named to the All-Freshman Team, her second of the weekend.

"Gracie ran an impressive 400 hurdles," Chattanooga head coach Andy Meyer said. "She made a strong move with a little over 150 meters left going from eighth to fifth."
