CHATTANOOGA---One of the nation's top Week 6 matchups is right here in the Scenic City Saturday. Finley Stadium plays host to a Southern Conference showdown with No. 17 Western Carolina visiting the 20th-ranked Chattanooga Mocs with the latter celebrating Homecoming festivities.
 
Normally, a top 20 game needs no extra billing, but it's actually the undercard. The winner Saturday takes early control of the SoCon standings with two of the three unbeaten teams still standing in attendance.
 
The Mocs (3-0), Catamounts (2-0) and Furman (1-0) rank 1-2-3 separated by one game. Mercer (1-1), VMI (1-1) and ETSU (0-1) are looking for an opening, while Samford (1-2), Wofford (0-2) and The Citadel (0-2) have their backs against the proverbial wall. One thing is for certain, it's still anybody's trophy to win.
 
This week's schedule has four league matchups on the docket:
Western Carolina at Chattanooga, 4 p.m.
Samford at Wofford, 1:30 p.m.
The Citadel at Furman, 2 p.m.
Mercer at ETSU, 3:30 p.m.
