TEAM
- Chattanooga and Marshall now sits tied 19-19 all-time when playing each other on the hardwood. Marshall has won the last two meetings and four of their last five against the Mocs.
- UTC's record when hosting the Herd falls to 12-5 overall. The last time Chattanooga lost to Marshall at home came on February 10, 1992 in a 58-45 victory for the Herd.
- Today's game marked the first time Marshall played in McKenzie Arena since 1997.
- The Mocs had four players (Raven Thompson, Jada Guinn, Hannah Kohn, Sigrun Olafsdottir) finish with double-digit points.
- The last time UTC had four players score 10+ points was against Georgia State last season on November 30, 2022.
- The Mocs' 19 turnovers are the most by Chattanooga in a single game since they had 19 at UNCG on February 25 of last season.
- Chattanooga finished 52.9 percent (27-for-51) from the field in the loss. This is UTC's third consecutive game shooting above 40 percent as a team.
- The last time UTC shot above 50 percent from the floor and lost came on November 13, 2017 in a 58-57 Chattanooga loss to UCF. In that game the Mocs shot 55 percent (22-for-40) from the field.
- Mocs did not record a block in the game. The last time the Mocs didn't record any blocks in a game, they did so in back-to-back wins over North Alabama and Ohio last season.

Hannah Kohn, Fr., G
- Came off the bench to score 11 points for the Mocs, with all 11 coming in the first half.
- Marks her second career game with double-digit points after scoring 17 in her debut against King.
- Also her second time making 3+ three-pointers in a single game this season (five against King).
- Is currently averaging 10.3 points per game and 3.0 three-pointers made per game this season.
- Continued her hot shooting spell by going 4-for-5 from the floor (80 percent) and shooting at a 3-for-4 (75 percent) clip from three.
- Also grabbed a career-high three rebounds.

Sigrun Olafsdottir, Jr., G/F
- Made her 87th career start for the Mocs. Third start this season.
- Finished with 10 total points, marking a new season-high and her first time scoring in double figures this season.
- Has scored 10+ points a total of 15 times in her career.
- Matched her season-high of two rebounds from th team's season-opener against King.
- Grabbed one steal for the Mocs. Has now had at least one steal in each of her last six games dating back to last season.
- Currently is averaging 7.7 points/game and 2.3 steals per game on the year.

Caia Elisaldez, Fr., G
- Played a total of 18 minutes for the Mocs on the day.
- Tied her career-highs in rebounds and in steals with one of each.

Addie Grace Porter, Jr., G
- Made her 47th career start for the Mocs.
- Played all 40 minutes of the game.
- Second game in a row that she's played all 40 minutes for the Mocs.
- Has played 40+ minutes a total of 20 times in her UTC career.
- Finished with seven points, six rebounds and five assists.
- Sets a new season-high for her in points and in assists.
- Also ties her season-high for rebounds.
- Has led the Mocs in assists in all three games this year.
- Marks the seventh time of her career that she's finished with 5+ assists in a game.

Jada Guinn, Gr., G
- Made her third career start for the Mocs.
- Finished with 14 points, five rebounds and four assists.
- Has scored 10+ points in every game for the Mocs this season.
- Is averaging 16.0 points/game in 2023-24.
- Has had at least three assists in all three games this year.
- Led the team with five turnovers.

Kailyn Farrell, Jr., F
- Earned a new UTC-high for herself with six points.
- Shot a perfect 3-for-3 from the floor.
- Also logged a rebound and a steal for the Mocs.
- This marks her first career steal in a Chattanooga jersey.

Raven Thompson, So., F
- Made her 36th career start for the Mocs. Has started every game of her career with the team.
- Led the Mocs in scoring with 17 points, her second time leading the team in scoring this season.
- Has scored 16+ in every game this season. Has finished with 10+ points in each of her last eight games dating back to last season.
- Now sits at 28 games in her career where she's finished with double-digit points.
- Also led the Mocs with seven rebounds in the game, tying her season-high in the category.
- Set a new season-high for assists with three against the Herd.

Karsen Murphy, Jr., F/C
- Made her 12th career start for the Mocs.
- Finished with eight points, tying her season-high from Austin Peay.
- Brought in a season-high four rebounds in the loss.
- Went perfect from the free throw line (2-for-2), her first free throws of the season.
