EATONTON, Ga.---The Chattanooga Mocs women's golf team is eighth after 18 holes of the Reynolds Lake Oconee Invitational. Three Mocs sit in the top 15 individually as the Mocs 311 total is just a stroke out of the top 5 on the leaderboard at Great Waters Course.
 
Dorota Zalewska led the group with a 3-over 75. That's tied for 13th, one ahead of Kera Healey and Nieves Martin at 76. That duo is tied for 15th. Megan Docherty rounded out the team score with an 84. Carolina Hortian posted the drop with 88, while Isabella Yu Lee tallied 90 playing as an individual.
 
"Playing conditions were tough, but we didn't finish well considering how well we had played for the rest of the day," Coach Colette Murray said. "I'm glad we have two more day to try to make up some ground."
 
Delaware is the early leader at 301. That's two ahead of Georgia Southern in second. The Blue Hens' Alisa Khokhlova leads with the lone under par round of the day scoring 71.
 
The 54-hole tourney continues with round two Saturday. Live scoring and pairings, when available, are linked above.
