CHATTANOOGA --- The Chattanooga Mocs volleyball program and second-year head coach Julie Torbett have announced the additions of four student-athletes to the upcoming 2023 roster on Thursday.

Chattanooga welcomes three incoming freshmen and a transfer as part of the four-part signing class which includes: Morgan Romano (Oviedo, Fla. / Rider University), Catherine Barthel (Indianapolis, Ind. / Cathedral High School), Kynedi Jennings (Memphis, Tenn. / Briarcrest Christian School) and Jordyn Butler (Columbia, Mo. / Battle High School).

Coach Torbett on Romano: "We have high expectations for Morgan after her phenomenal career at Rider. She knows what it is like to be the go-to player and can handle that pressure after being Rookie of The Year and Player of the Year of the MAAC. She also comes from a very strong club program that added together with her college career puts her as one of the most experienced and successful players to come into our program."
