NON-CONFERENCE SCHEDULE FEATURED LONGEST WIN STREAK
The Mocs went 6-2 in a tough non-league slate that featured teams from Tennessee, Alabama and California. The Mocs opened the season with three straight matches on the road including the opener at SEC foe Vanderbilt where UTC went 2-1.

After dropping the opener to Vanderbilt, the Mocs went on a program-record six-game win streak that included two shutouts and four multi-goal games.

Chattanooga posted back-to-back 1-0 shutouts at North Alabama and Tennessee Tech on the road. Once at home, the Mocs downed instate foe Austin Peay 4-1 and followed that a few days later with a 3-1 win over Jacksonville State.

A trip to Murfreesboro kept the streak alive with a 2-1 win against the Blue Raiders. That was followed with a 3-1 victory over Belmont at Finley Stadium.

Non-conference play wrapped with a first-ever meeting between the Mocs and the San Francisco Dons who bested UTC 2-0.

Chattanooga outscored its opponents 15-9 over the eight-game stretch, averaging 1.88 goals per game and had 17 assists. The Mocs had 129 shots, 16.1 per game, and a .504 shots on goal percentage (65-129).

Caroline Richvalsky led the team with five goals and matched Birna Johannsdottir for total points with 12. The pair is tied for fourth in the league with 1.5 points per game.
