TEAM
- Tonight's game marked the first-ever meeting between Chattanooga and North Carolina Central in women's basketball.
- The all-time series now stands at 1-0 in favor of the Mocs.
- This is the fourth time this season that Chattanooga has played against an opponent for the very first time on the WBB hardwood.
- Other first-time matchups this season included: UVA Wise, Kent State and Lipscomb. All resulted in UTC victories.
- Starters: Porter, Guinn, Olafsdottir, Thompson and Murphy. This starting five now is now 10-2 on the year.
- Tonight's game marked the final non-conference game of UTC's 2023-24 season.
- The Mocs have gone 12-3 in non-con action this season.
- This is the most non-conference wins for UTC in a season since 2015-16 when the team went 12-6 in non-con play.
- That non-conference record in 2015-16 included an NCAA Tournament loss to Mississippi State and four losses to Top 25 opponents.
- This also marks back-to-back seasons under Coach Poppie that UTC has won 11+ non-conference games.
- Coach Shawn Poppie is now 20-11 (.645) all-time in non-conference games over his two seasons at the helm of Chattanooga women's basketball.
- This also marked Chattanooga's first game of the 2024 calendar year.
- When playing in the team's first game of a new calendar year, UTC holds an all-time record of 33-17.
- UTC has now led 12 out of 15 games this season at the half
- Raven Thompson logged a double-double in the opening 16:16 of play. She went on to finish with 15 points and 13 rebounds.
- The Mocs strung together a 15-0 scoring run in the first quarter.
- This ties the third-best scoring run of the season for UTC and the best since the team's November 24 game against Kent State (also a 15-0 run).
- Jada Guinn has scored 10+ points in every game this season for the Mocs. Her night ended with a team-high 21 points.
- Guinn and Thompson have now accounted for 472 of Chattanooga's 969 total points on the year (48.7 percent of team's scoring output).
- UTC shot 47.1 percent (24-for-51) from the floor on the night. The team has shot 40 percent or better from the field in 14 out of 15 games this season.

- Ended her night with nine points, all of which came from three-point range.
- Has made at least one three-pointer in a total of 13 games this season.

Sigrun Olafsdottir, Jr., G/F
- Made her 99th career start for the Mocs.
- Appeared in her 102nd career game at UTC.

Caia Elisaldez, Fr., G
- Grabbed a steal alongside her four points on the night.
- Has had at least one steal in 11 of UTC's 15 games this season.

Addie Grace Porter, Jr., G
- Made her 59th career start for the Mocs.
- Appeared in her 78th career game at UTC.
- Scored eight points, including hitting on two three-pointers for the Mocs.
- Was a perfect 2-for-2 from behind the arc.
- This marks her fifth game of the season with at least two made three-pointers.
- Logged a team-high two steals for the Mocs, her fourth multi-steal game of the year.

- Made her 15th career start for the Mocs (105th of her career).
- Appeared in her 135th career game.
- Finished with a team-high 21 points, 19 of which came in the second half.
- Continues her streak of having scored 10+ points in every game this season (15 games).
- Has scored in double-digits 57 times in her career.
- Has scored 20+ points four times this season. Eight times in her career.
- Came down with seven rebounds as well.
- Tallied a team-high in assists (3) too.

Raven Thompson, So., F
- Made her 46th career start for UTC.
- Recorded a double-double in the opening 16:16 of play before going on to finish with 15 points and 13 rebounds.
- This marks her second double-double of the year and the sixth of her career.
- Has been a double-digit scorer 11 times this season. 36 times in her career.
- Also finished tied for the team-high in steals (2) while recording the lone UTC block on the night as well.

Karsen Murphy, Jr., F/C
- Made her 24th career start for the Mocs.
- Appeared in her 85th career game (73 with the Mocs).
