MIZE-MIZE CONNECTION FOR FRESHMAN'S FIRST GOAL
Freshman
Sophia Mize scored her first collegiate goal with a little help from her sister junior
Zoey Mize. Zoey took the throw in down low outside the box. She fed Sophia just outside the penalty area on the left. Sophia drove into the area, and pulled up for the shot into the upper right side for the game winner.
MIZE, RICHVALSKY TEAM UP FOR SIX GOALS
Juniors
Caroline Richvalsky and
Zoey Mize have teamed up to lead the Mocs this season. Mize has a team-high five assists and all five are to Richvalsky for all five of her goals. Mize scored her first goal this season and it was from Richvalsky's lone assist of the year. The pair first connected on the Mocs season-opening goal at Georgia State. Mize got her second assist of the season setting up Richvalsky for the game winner at Jacksonville State. The duo once again paired up to score the equalizer against Tennessee Tech at Finley Stadium. In the SoCon opener at Wofford, Mize fed Richvalsky for the game winner against the Terriers. The latest is a doozy. Richvalsky fed the ball in to Mize in front of the net for the game winner against ETSU. Later in the match, Mize's pass downfield was picked up and hit home by Richvalsky for the duo's sixth connection on the field. Mize has five assists, all to Richvalsky and Richvalsky's one assist is to Mize.
ZOEY MIZE TIED FOR SOCON LEAD IN ASSISTS
Zoey Mize is tied for the Southern Conference lead for assits with seven. She is tied with Mercer's Kendall Cook. She assisted on the Mocs first goal of the season at Georgia State as well as the game winner at Jacksonville State and Wofford and the equalizer against Tennessee Tech. She fed
Caroline Richvalsky for a fifth time with the Mocs second goal against ETSU. She assisted on her sister Sophia's first collegiate goal, the game winner against The Citadel and on a corner to
