POSTGAME QUOTES
Dan Earl, Head Coach
Opening statement after 99-52 win over TWU.
"Overall, I thought it was a pretty good showing from us. We talked about having a mature mindset before the game and going into it. I thought we really shared the ball with 25 assists and only seven turnovers. We made some shots and did some pretty good things. They obviously pressed us a bit and we were able to work on our press offense as well. So, overall, it was a good team win and I'm proud of the guys and we'll start preparing for Indiana tomorrow."
Â
Garrison Keeslar, G/F-Sr.
On the team having a mature response these past couple games.
"I think our team handled it well. Like coach said, you have to have a mature team to be able to go out there and just take care of business. A lot of teams treat that as a look ahead game where we have Indiana on Saturday, so no one really cares about this game. You can't do that. Every game is just another battle, so you have to come out and play hard from the start. I feel like we did that. At times our foot may have come off the gas pedal a bit, but for the most part, I feel like we played well and were working as hard as we could to extend the lead."
