HC Dan Earl's thoughts after 91-66 win over VMI.
"I was proud of the guys. We came out ready to play and it obviously helps when you make shots and can build an early lead. But, I thought we had good energy and moved the ball really well and played with great intent on defense in the first half. We played the game the right way for the most part. Overall, it was a great team win and a great shooting day. It was nice to get back in the win column, but we have a lot of work to do before a really good Wofford team comes on Wednesday."
Honor Huff on tying own and program record with nine threes.
"I'm glad we got the win. My teammates did a really good job of finding me. Even in the timeout huddle they kept giving me confidence to keep shooting it. I thank my teammates and they had just the same part as I did in making shots."
