POSTGAME QUOTES
Dan Earl, Head Coach

Overall thoughts after 84-60 win at WCU.
"We were doing okay early, and we were getting some wide-open looks, we missed some, and then we were taking some shots that we didn't really need to take. We were trying to press the guys on knowing how important it is to just be solid and disciplined in every possession. Whether you know, you're up 20 or 30 or whatever it is, you still want to be doing the right thing, and there's times we played really well and solidly, and I thought our defensive energy was there throughout, so I was really proud of our guys for that."

On the play of Garrison Keeslar.
"Garrison [Keeslar] is unbelievable. and he's such a winning player. Obviously 13 rebounds is awesome, you know, and not only that, but he was the defender on their leading scorer tonight and he made it very difficult for him, so he's just a tough kid, he's all about winning, he does the right things all the time."

Garrison Keeslar, Sr.-F
On team gelling.
"Honestly, we dealt with a lot of injuries to start the year, and so, it was tough to get a flow and get going. We had guys in and out of the lineup, so as the season went on, we knew we were just going to continue to gel and work with everyone else on the court. We're working and playing around each other more now and we're starting to figure each other out, and it's fun when we get it going."

On rebounding effort.
"Sometimes like tonight, it just seemed like the ball just bounced my way sometimes. Obviously, you can put yourself in the right position, but sometimes it just bounces your way and that's the nice part. I'm just trying to do whatever I can help our team win every time out there."
