About the Speakers
- Wright lauded the work of his offensive staff following Saturday's win over Furman in Alberson's first career start. That group engineered the fourth 40-plus point effort of the season. That's the most since 2016 (4) and most against all DI competition since 2014 (4). It's one off the school record of five (1979).
- The offense was eight of 16 on third downs on Saturday. Six of those conversions were directly from Alberson with four rushing and another two passing. He led an offense that set a new season high for time of possession (38:26).
- Drakeford played his 50th career collegiate contest on Saturday. He had 40 under his belt at Eastern Illinois before transferring to the Scenic City in January.

Coach Wright began the session followed by Drakeford and then Alberson.
